I have over 41 years experience in the martial arts. I owned a successful school for 30 years and sold it in 2021. I promoted over 125 people to Black Belt. I created a suspect restraint course taught throughout NH during the 1990’s and had it incorporated into NH standards and training for LEO. I’ve been a guest instructor for over 50 martial arts events. In 2022 I wrote a book on martial arts, Specifically the art of Kenpo Karate, with moderate sales. It’s essentially a textbook for new Black Belts. I am currently writing a second follow up to it and am hoping to release it in fall 2023. I currently hold the rank of 8 th degree Black belt / Associate Master in American Kenpo Karate, and am a former first degree Black belt in Judo , 2021.

Tu Michael is a former banker who quit his job after 8 years to pursue his passion for online business. He has at least 6 incomes from side hustles, mainly online. He is also a blogger, TEDx speaker, content creator, and coach. Tu Michael is known as a unique Marketing Artist who has built his own personal brand with high recognition and good reputation through various branding and marketing tactics and strategy.

Marcus Merritt is a real estate investor and social media marketing consultant based in the metro Atlanta area. Over the last 5 years he has completed over 35 renovation and new construction projects on single family homes. He also owns a social media marketing company 3M Marketing and Acquisitions with over 25 clients specializing in branding, lead generation, content creation and social media management. Marcus loves to coach new business owners and investors on how best to position themselves in the real estate market based on his experience. He also recently started a new business venture, The Gifting Company which specializes in custom gift baskets. In April of 2023, Marcus was casted as a reoccurring cast member on the TLC hit television show, You, Me and My EX.

Acey Holmes has been playing in her education and career for two decades. She believes that our personal and professional lives can be improved with one simple priority: PLAY. Stop being bored, come play with us! A southerner by birth pulled to Colorado by the mountains, she spent much of her professional life helping children of all abilities communicate (mostly through play!). With a cliché pandemic pivot away from pediatrics to adults, she now focuses on bringing play to adults through consulting and facilitation all based on the neuroscience of play. Her fun and fully interactive workshops cover topics such as “Play Your Way to Flow”, “The Neuroscience of Play”, and “Personal Play Identities”. She facilitates Failure Awards for organizations and provides strategic conference scheduling play breaks to improve the attendee and presenter experience. Her education and experience as an educator and speech-language pathologist make her a unique expert on communication and brain development with special application for organizational development and team dynamics. When she’s not convincing adults to play, you can find her on a bike, skis, or in hiking boots on the side of a mountain somewhere!
