Contract Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of [Effective Date], between Ignite Business Insider ("Company") and ("Contractor").

Term:
This Agreement shall be effective for a period of twelve (12) months from the Effective Date ("Initial Term"). Upon expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement may be renewed annually upon payment of an annual territory fee of $650 (USD). The Company reserves the right to modify the annual territory fee at the time of renewal.

Termination:
The Company reserves the right to revoke this Agreement if the Contractor fails to fulfill their obligations or does not properly represent the Company. The Contractor may terminate this Agreement with a sixty (60) day written notice.

Services:
The Contractor agrees to promote the local digital magazine for a minimum of 20 minutes each day within their defined service area. Additionally, the Contractor must maintain availability for onsite videography bookings, be punctual, film the video segments, check for audio quality, and upload the video to the Company's video editor.

Compensation:
The Contractor will receive a 50% commission on all sales generated within their local territory, including article publication revenues, job posting revenues, digital advertising revenues, video revenues, and other revenues. Payments will be made via electronic transfer on a monthly basis for the prior 30 days commissions.

Intellectual Property:
The Company retains sole ownership of the local digital magazine's intellectual properties, business concepts, logos, copyrights, and works.

Independence:
The Contractor is an independent contractor and has the right to independently subcontract their work, provided that the quality and standards of the Company are met.

Refunds and Billing: 
The Company does not offer refunds on annual territory fees, which are billed automatically.

Arbitration:
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in the state of Colorado.

Electronic Agreement:
Payment and signature by the Contractor constitute agreement and commencement of this Agreement. The Company does not offer refunds on annual territory fees, which are billed automatically.
